Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and product questions.
• Document and log all customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve support.
• Monitor ticket progress and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
• Stay updated on new products, updates, and industry best practices.
