Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Norwegian-speaking customers, fostering loyalty.
• Manage customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and loyalty programs with efficiency and empathy.
• Proactively reach out to customers for updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve service offerings.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs and communicate benefits to encourage engagement.

• Assess and analyze customer feedback and loyalty trends to inform improvements in service delivery.
