Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary support to Danish-speaking customers to build loyalty.
• Handle inquiries regarding accounts, products, and loyalty programs.
• Proactively engage customers to provide updates, resolve issues and collect feedback.
• Promote loyalty initiatives and communicate benefits to encourage engagement.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure outstanding customer service and swift issue resolution.
• Monitor and analyze feedback and loyalty data to recommend service improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
