Job summary

Republic Manufacturing is seeking a Territory Regional Manager to drive sales across New England, including Boston area and surrounding states. You will identify customer needs, propose technical solutions, and work with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to meet revenue objectives.

Travel to client sites and trade shows will be required, with a consultative approach to secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an industrial or manufacturing sales environment.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in assigned New England territories.
• Identify customer needs and propose technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Visit customer facilities and attend trade shows to learn about client needs and solutions.
• Develop subject matter expertise on Republic products and applications.
