Job summary

LAPP Americas seeks an experienced Territory Sales professional to manage WA, OR, ID, and MT. You will cultivate OEM and channel partner relationships, drive sales targets, and deliver technical support for cable and connector solutions.

The role requires coordinating with Inside Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to maximize opportunities, ensuring delivery aligns with customer expectations. Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Five years of meaningful, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have demonstrated working experience selling Cable Assemblies/Harnessing, Industrial Data cables and/or connector products and their application.

Responsibilities

• Territory management using CRM for pipeline and planning.
• Manage channel support of OEM opportunities and project business.
• Provide technical support for customer design requirements.
• Coordinate end-user joint sales calls with territory counterparts.
• Liaise with OEM reps and design staff to facilitate BoM and drawings.
