Job summary

The Dixon Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Northwest US with a home-office base and 50-60% travel. You will drive sales, cultivate relationships with distributors and end-users, and promote our hose and valve solutions.

A strong background in industrial sales and knowledge of the sector are essential. Qualifications include 3–5 years in industrial sales, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency, with travel up to two-thirds of the time.

• Experience with hose and valve coupling sectors
• Travel up to 50-65% required

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and cultivate customer relationships in the Northwest US territory
• Visit distributors, end-users, engineering firms, and direct customers weekly
• Document sales activity and pipeline in Salesforce
• Provide market-based solutions and exceptional customer service
