Job summary

Summit Truck Equipment is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships with key decision makers in construction, fleet, mining and transportation. The role covers Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Montana with a home-office setup and remote work flexibility from Boise, ID.

You will promote truck-mounted service and lubrication bodies, travel extensively, and strive to meet sales and gross profit objectives while providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge/experience selling trucks or related equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop lasting customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL-B may be required for certain accounts.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales and gross profit objectives set by Sales Manager.
• Travel extensively to call on accounts in the territory.
• Develop new accounts and maintain major accounts; provide prompt service.
• Represent Summit Truck Equipment across multiple brands and industries.
• Work from a home office while meeting travel and expense guidelines.
