Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Vice President – Northwest Region to lead the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service in the Buffalo area. You will align people, resources, and priorities to grow market share, enhance customer retention, and drive profitable growth across multiple locations.

As the senior regional leader, you will integrate cross-functional teams, develop leadership talent, and ensure the region operates as a cohesive unit aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

Strong business and financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
Proven ability to lead multiple functions and locations through senior leaders.
Experience in dealership/transportation/heavy-duty truck industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service to drive market share and profitable growth.
Directly manage Regional Truck Sales Director, Regional Parts Director and Regional Service Director.
Coordinate cross-functional execution and develop regional leadership talent.
Ensure regional branches operate as shared assets and align with enterprise standards.
Oversee regional sales activity tracking, CRM usage and performance reviews.
