Hunter Truck in Albany, NY is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Northeast region who will lead the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service. You’ll align people and resources to drive market share, customer retention, and profitable growth, serving as the senior regional leader guiding cross-functional execution.

You will collaborate with enterprise leaders, develop leadership talent, and ensure the region functions as one coordinated business with strong enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to manage a regional P&L and analyze performance.
• Proven ability to lead multiple business functions and locations through senior leaders.
• Experience in dealership/transportation/automotive/heavy-duty industry is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service.
• Directly manage regional directors for Truck Sales, Parts, and Service.
• Lead regional customer and market leadership across key fleets and accounts.
• Set regional priorities and deploy resources against high-value opportunities.
• Drive market share, profitability, and customer retention as an integrated scorecard.
