• Own full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service
• Directly manage Regional Directors
• Lead regional customer and market coverage
• Set regional priorities and deploy resources
• Drive regional market share and profitability
• Oversee talent development and succession planning
• Ensure branches operate as regional assets
• Oversee Arcadium utilization for CRM and sales tracking
• Partner with enterprise SVPs on pricing, inventory, service and standards
• Lead regional operating reviews and escalate major issues
• Adhere to health and safety policies
