Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive service leadership experience.
• Ability to collaborate across Service, Parts, Sales and Operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations across all branches in the region.
• Drive customer responsiveness, technician productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure consistent execution of enterprise service standards across locations.
• Develop workforce and succession plans for critical service leadership roles.
