Job summary

YESCO is headquartered in Boise, Idaho, and leads North America’s sign industry with over 106 years of experience. We seek a Northwest Region Service General Manager to grow and lead a team of sales professionals and service technicians in the Northwest.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, coach staff, and manage P&L while building strong customer relationships and coordinating with corporate resources to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in sales, construction, and business management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and growth of the Yesco Service Offices within the Northwest region.
• Oversee the training and performance of all employees in those offices.
• Coach your sales team and technicians to ensure that customers receive the best possible service experience.
• Manage inventory using preferred vendors to ensure parts are ordered and available as needed.
• Coordinate with YESCO’s corporate resources as needed to solve problems and challenges that may arise daily.
• Directly responsible for financial planning and P&L performance.
