Lucid Motors is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the Northwest Region. The role oversees service operations, drives exceptional customer experience, and grows the region’s service footprint by launching new centers, hiring staff, and managing labor and repair sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a service department environment; luxury experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with basic computer apps and proprietary DMS software.
• Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, enforce, and monitor service department processes.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Achieve customer experience targets per Lucid guidelines.
• Set up new service centers within the region.
