Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee service activities across the Western USA (CA, WA, OR, ID, NV, AZ, WY, UT, CO, NM, AL). You will lead field service teams, ensure SLA execution, and drive sales and gross margins while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning service schedules, coordinating locations, and mentoring personnel to deliver world-class support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Trade School or high school diploma required.
• Business Administration or Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in service-related roles.
• Experience managing a service organization.
• Strong leadership, networking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the West Coast service activities.
• Drive growth of the service business.
• Set and govern service targets, processes, standards and tools.
• Support the development and implementation of the Service Strategy.
• Monitor market trends and share best practices.
• Liaise with customers, production and distribution on orders.
• Provide technical and non-technical customer support.
• Lead the local service organization to deliver world-class support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
