Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the Northwest region (Seattle or Portland) to lead a team of commercial service technicians and manage operations with a focus on client satisfaction and safety. The role requires HVAC licenses, EPA certification, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience.

You will oversee dispatch, preventative maintenance, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration while driving service excellence across multiple sites in the Northwest.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Refrigeration license required.
• EPA Universal Certification (Section 608) required.
• Associate degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC service and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians; drive engagement and performance.
• Oversee hiring, evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and incident monitoring.
• Oversee dispatch, maintenance scheduling, and invoice review.
• Manage budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate to implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Travel up to 25% within assigned area.
