Job summary

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the Parts and Service Departments across an assigned region in Idaho and surrounding areas. You will direct, educate, and develop the Parts and Service teams in alignment with strategic objectives to drive growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.

The role collaborates with Caterpillar and senior leadership to implement budgets, monitor financials, and ensure consistent processes and a superior client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Proof of driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Parts and Service departments across an assigned region, align with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement tactics, budgets, and plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Product Support Sales and regional leaders to ensure excellent client experience.
