Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Regional Service Manager for the Western USA, covering CA, WA, OR, ID, NV, AZ, WY, UT, CO, NM, AL. You will lead field service teams, ensure SLA execution, drive margin targets, and boost customer satisfaction while guiding strategic service initiatives across the region.

You will oversee schedules, support training and development, and collaborate with sales, production and distribution to deliver world-class service.
