Job summary

BGIS Northwest region seeks a Regional Service Manager in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR to lead a team of commercial service technicians and drive operational excellence, improving client satisfaction.

You will manage dispatch, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and service quality, overseeing budgets and inventory while partnering with stakeholders. The role requires HVAC expertise, supervision of technicians, and travel up to 25% to support sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with supervisory or management experience leading a team of technicians.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC service, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians, fostering engagement, performance, and retention.
• Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards through training and incident monitoring.
• Review service and repair invoices for accuracy and efficiency; manage operational budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and implement standard operating procedures.
• Drive operational efficiencies by analyzing work volume and developing corrective solutions.
