RB Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to cover Northern VA, driving multi-channel sales, prospecting new customers, and managing existing accounts.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and travel as required to auctions and client sites. Expect an uncapped earning potential with base salary, a company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account, plus medical and dental benefits, retirement plans with company match, paid holidays and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in quota-driven sales; industry knowledge is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build authentic customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Sell multi-channel solutions, source and maintain accounts, and grow sales within the territory.
• Sourcing and developing new business while supporting existing customers.
• Develop territory playbook and use CRM (Salesforce) regularly.
• Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions via presentations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.
