Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive retail management experience, including multi-site management.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and meet operational targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills; willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores in the region.
• Drive sales and profitability, implementing regional strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure policy adherence, brand standards, and stock control across sites.
• Manage inventories, reduce losses, and optimize merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop store management teams; conduct visits and coaching.
• Administer regional budgets and control expenses; allocate resources efficiently.
• Track KPIs and foster a customer-centric service culture.
