Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing district sales team.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, health systems, and pharmacy stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, and Sales Training to drive growth.
• Leverage data, insights, and metrics to remove barriers and achieve objectives.
• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and providers to strengthen the district.
