Fencing-Supply-Group-Acquisition-LLC is seeking a Regional Service Director for the Northeast region. This role carries full P&L responsibility, leading multiple branches toward growth and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

You will recruit, coach, and develop branch leaders, implement a safety-first culture, and align regional plans with company strategy. Strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial distribution with emphasis on field and branch leadership.
• Experience driving customer service and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership experience.
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching leaders; proven ability to attract outstanding talent.
• Ability to lead work independently and cross-functionally across an organization.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, Pricing, Human Resources, etc.
• Proven ability to resolve complex problems positively and professionally.
• Strong customer focus with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Proven leadership across direct and indirect reporting lines.
• Excellent people leadership and performance management skills.
• Proven track record of driving positive change and cultural transformation.
• Ability to leverage data analytics tools for tracking performance metrics, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
