Job summary

National Tank & Equipment is seeking a Vice President Sales & Operations for the Northeast region (Baltimore, MD, Malvern, PA, Williamsport, PA, Pittsburgh, PA) to drive sustainable profitable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer value.

You will lead Regional Managers, own regional P&L, and partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Safety, and HR to build a high-performing culture focused on growth and accountability. Regular travel is required across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, management, finance, operations, or engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in equipment rental, industrial services, manufacturing, energy, construction.
• Proven success leading multi-location or regional operations.
• Significant experience with P&L management and performance accountability.
• Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Northeast Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northeast Region with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the regional strategy aligned with objectives.
• Provide leadership to Regional Managers to ensure priorities are executed.
• Drive operational performance, cost control, and asset utilization.
• Travel regularly to support regional priorities and customer engagement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the region.
