Job summary

Fencing Supply Group (FSG) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local service center with full P&L accountability. You will oversee sales, gate fabrication, installation and service teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll build and coach high-performing teams, implement standard operating procedures, and partner with support departments to drive growth in your market.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory experience of four or more employees.
• Experience in sales, operations, and customer service.
• Willing to travel locally and overnight as needed.
• Knowledge of gate fabrication or access control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations with full P&L accountability.
