Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to oversee the Northeast market’s Stores, Selling Centers, and Cross Dock locations. This leadership role focuses on growth, efficiency, profitability, and market share by developing regional plans, budgets, and staffing needs.

Travel across multiple states is required to maximize performance. The role requires proven leadership of district/general managers, strong financial acumen, and expertise in operations, sales strategy, and safety compliance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or Management.
Must have valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
Five years progressively responsible management experience within Tuff Shed or comparable.
Experience leading managers and overseeing multiple locations is strongly preferred.
Experience in sales or managing a sales team is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Directs regional stores and selling centers to maximize efficiency, profitability, and market share.
Develops business, financial, and operational plans for Stores in the Region.
Leads DMs/GMs, conducts performance reviews, and sets regional goals.
Ensures OSHA and safety compliance across the region and proper PPE use.
Oversees regional budget, advertising, staffing, and training.
Negotiates with vendors and commercial accounts to achieve sales targets.
