Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Northeast to drive sales growth and market development for residential and commercial roofing products. You will lead regional teams, manage distribution channels, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet profit and market-share objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, major account support, and delivering monthly forecasts. Travel requirements are extensive, and there is a strong emphasis on safety compliance and team development.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Travel Requirements: 75%
• Required Work Experience: Three years of business outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all activities and personnel in the region.
• Collaborates with senior executives to establish and execute a regional sales goal.
• Manages sales channels to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
• Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
• Develop strategic plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term.
• Provides support to the District Sales Manager in high-level, major account matters.
• Responsible for annual sales and profitability targets, including product mix, market share, distribution, and pricing decisions.
• Provide a monthly sales forecast to the VP of Sales.
• Analyze market, customer, and product mix to optimize effectiveness.
• Escalate and resolve pricing, product, and service issues internally.
• Plans and organizes promotional programs with team member execution.
• Manage the budget for the district, including individual team members
• Develop agenda and conduct regional sales meetings.
• Provide leadership that includes coaching, training, and development of team members.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
