Job summary

Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations Company, seeks a Regional Sales Director for the Northeastern SLED territory. You will own bookings growth, drive market expansion, and develop a high-performing team across public sector accounts.

You will lead a group of 6 Account Executives, mentoring them through pipeline, complex sales cycles, and account expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed regional sales objectives and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales management leadership with quotas.
• Experience navigating State, Local, and Higher Education procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and lead a team of 6 SLED Account Executives.
• Develop territory strategy to maximize market share and revenue.
• Drive weekly forecasting and pipeline generation aligned with leadership.
• Engage in complex deals, provide strategic account guidance, and CxO relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Channel, and partners.
• Align regional execution with corporate goals as part of Public Sector leadership.
