Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology sales management leadership.
• Deep experience with State, Local, and Higher Education procurement.
• Solid understanding of data security and cyber resilience.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of 6 SLED Account Executives.
• Execute a territory plan to maximize Northeastern SLED revenue.
• Forecast weekly, manage pipeline and goals.
• Support AEs on complex deals with CXO engagement.
• Collaborate with channel partners and cross-functional teams.
• Align regional execution with corporate objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning as part of Public Sector leadership.
