Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development - Territory Sales Manager for the New England region, with a work-from-home setup and frequent OEM-facing engagements.

You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering technically informed solutions in motion control and related markets. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of technical sales experience, a proven track record of territory management, strong CRM and PowerPoint

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of technical sales experience, including selling to OEMs, ideally in Motion Control or related sectors.
Proven ability in managing sales territories and achieving growth objectives.
Expertise in CRM tools and PowerPoint presentations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve day-to-day challenges.
Willingness to travel up to 60% weekly.
Must have a valid driver's license and state-required insurance.
