Job summary

DBV Technologies seeks a Regional Business Director to lead a multi-territory RAM team responsible for driving HCP engagement and patient starts for Viaskin. You will translate strategy into execution, coach frontline reps, and manage field operations with a focus on compliance and performance.

The role requires deep biotech/pharma leadership experience, talent development, and an ability to navigate a high-stakes product launch within MA, CT, NJ, ME, VT, RI, NH regions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading field sales teams in pharma/biotech.
• Strong coaching skills and talent development experience.
• Experience with specialty products and complex launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAM team to achieve regional net sales and patient starts.
• Translate regional strategy into territory execution plans.
• Coach RAMs through field rides and performance reviews.
• Maintain payer coverage and hub/patient services awareness.
• Ensure compliant, data-driven field execution across multiple states.
