Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical commercial experience.
2–3 years of first-line field sales management.
Experience leading a field team through a specialty/biologic product launch (BLA).
Experience in allergy/immunology, rare disease, or pediatric markets preferred.
Proven coaching and development track record.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Regional Account Managers to achieve regional net sales, market share, and patient starts.
Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned to the region's commercial strategy.
Conduct regular field rides; provide structured coaching tied to performance indicators; manage performance with HR.
Identify RAM development needs and implement targeted development plans.
Ensure RAMs are prepared for pre-launch and launch phases with clinical confidence and compliance; maintain payer coverage knowledge.
