Qualifications

• This role requires 7–10 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of Regional Account Managers to drive regional net sales and patient starts.
• 1 Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned to the region's strategy.
• 2 Conduct field rides and deliver behavioral coaching tied to performance indicators.
• 3 Identify RAM development needs and implement targeted development plans.
• 4 Serve as regional execution leader during pre-launch and launch phases.
• 5 Maintain deep expertise in peanut allergy epidemiology, EPIT mechanism, and competitive landscape.
• 6 Aggregate territory field intelligence and share insights with Area Business Director.
• 7 Ensure RAMs have payer coverage knowledge and refer patients to Patient Services Hub.
• 8 Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, PhRMA Code, and CRM documentation.
