Job summary

DBV Technologies seeks a Regional Business Director to lead a team of Regional Account Managers across MI, OH, IN, KY, PA, WV, and Upstate NY. You will translate commercial strategy into territory plans, coach RAMs to achieve patient starts for Viaskin EPIT and ensure compliant field execution.

This role requires seasoned specialty pharma leadership, with a track record of coaching high performers, and the ability to manage through pre-launch and launch phases.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in pharma/biopharma commercial roles.
• 2–3 years first-line field sales management.
• Experience leading multi-territory launches.
• Allergy/immunology or pediatric markets a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAMs to achieve regional net sales and patient starts.
• Develop regional business plans aligned to strategy and territory priorities.
• Conduct field rides and deliver behavioral coaching tied to performance metrics.
• Ensure compliant, timely CRM documentation and cross-functional alignment.
