Job summary

DBV Technologies is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a multi-territory field team of RAMs across OR, NV, CA, UT, and HI, driving HCP engagement and patient starts for Viaskin. The role translates regional strategy into actionable plans, coaching RAMs to peak performance, and serving as the bridge between field operations and senior commercial leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of pharma/biopharma commercial experience with 2–3 years in frontline field sales management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PharmD) preferred.
• 70 years pharma/biopharmaceutical commercial experience with 203 years in first-line field sales management.
• Experience leading a field team through a specialty or biologic launch (BLA).
• Experience in allergy/immunology, rare disease, or pediatric markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional net sales, market share, and patient starts by leading RAMs.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned to commercial strategy.
• Conduct field rides; provide coaching tied to performance indicators.
• Identify RAM development needs and implement targeted plans.
• Serve as regional leader during pre-launch and launch phases with compliant execution.
• Develop expertise in peanut allergy epidemiology, EPIT mechanism, trials, and competition.
• Aggregate territory-level insights and communicate to Area Business Director.
• Partner with MSLs, Market Access, and Patient Services for cross-functional support.
• Ensure RAMs have payer coverage knowledge and patient referrals guidance.
• Model and enforce CRM (Veeva) compliance and regulations.
