Pentair is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to drive regional marketing activities across the Northeast. You will partner with regional sales to align plans, develop localized campaigns, and manage events that build pipeline and revenue.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience with emphasis on field/regional marketing and demand generation.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and reside in Northeastern US.
• Proven ability to develop localized marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Experience partnering with sales to support territory-based plans.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional sales to align marketing with territory goals and growth priorities.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market and omni-channel plans; translate national campaigns to local programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to improve performance.
• Lead regional events, trade shows, dealer events, and customer experiences.
• Develop account-targeted events and engagement programs with sales to generate pipeline.
• Manage event planning, logistics and post-event follow-up and measurement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital and Product Marketing for regional relevance.
• Deploy regional merchandising, collateral and branch support for activation.
• Execute regional education and training programs, including Pentair University initiatives.
• Create and optimize account-based marketing programs for priority dealers and segments.
• Support loyalty, rebate, dealer incentive, and co-op programs to drive engagement.
