Pentair is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead for the Southeast region, based near Charlotte, NC. You will drive regional marketing strategies across Dealer, Distributor, and Retail channels, partnering with sales to grow pipeline and revenue.

The role combines field marketing with omni-channel programs, events, ABM, and education initiatives, with travel up to 40%. You will coordinate regional campaigns, tailor messaging, and manage budgets while tracking performance in Salesforce to optimize

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience with emphasis on field/regional/demand generation/customer/channel marketing.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Proven success developing localized marketing strategies driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Experience partnering with sales to develop territory-based plans and support customer growth.
• Experience leading integrated, multi-channel programs including events and ABM.
• Strong analytical use of VOC, market intel, and sales data to guide decisions.
• Strategic and tactical planning linking regional activities to revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing with territory goals and growth priorities.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market and omni-channel plans translating national campaigns to local programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity; provide recommendations to improve engagement and performance.
• Lead regional events, trade shows, dealer events, training, and customer experiences.
• Develop account-targeted events and engagement programs with sales to generate pipeline.
• Manage event planning, logistics, budgets, communications, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, and Product Marketing to tailor regional messaging and assets.
• Deploy regional merchandising, sales enablement tools, collateral, and branch support.
• Execute regional education and training programs including Pentair University initiatives.
• Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for priority dealers and segments.
• Support loyalty, rebate, dealer incentive, and co-op programs to boost engagement and wallet share.
• Plan integrated demand generation across events, digital, dealer marketing, and local partnerships.
• Align activities with territory plans and sales objectives to maximize impact and ROI.
• Track and report marketing performance in Salesforce including pipeline and lead quality.
