Pentair is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead for the Northeast region. You will develop region-specific campaigns and partnerships, align with sales teams, and drive engagement across dealer, distributor, and retail channels.

The role requires travel up to 40% and will be remote when not traveling. You will partner with sales to translate national campaigns into localized programs, monitor market dynamics, and optimize marketing investments to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in field/regional marketing with channel marketing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Must reside within the Northeastern United States.
• Proven success building localized marketing plans that drive engagement and revenue.
• Strong collaboration with sales to develop territory-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales to align marketing with territory goals.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market and omni-channel plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity; provide recommendations.
• Lead regional events and dealer/customer experiences.
• Deliver account-targeted events to generate pipeline.
• Manage budgets, logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Brand/Content/Digital/Product teams for regional relevance.
• Track marketing performance and report ROI using Salesforce.
