Job summary

UKG Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo growth in the Public Sector East Enterprise territory across the Northeast. This hunter role targets large state and local government accounts with complex, high-value deals.

You’ll sell UKG’s cloud-based HCM, payroll, and workforce management solutions, engaging senior government leaders and building executive-level business cases. A strong compensation plan recognizes top performers.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years selling complex cloud or SaaS to enterprise or public-sector clients.
• Proven success selling to C-level executives and senior government leaders.
• Consistent achievement of $2M+ annual quota in enterprise sales.
• Experience closing enterprise agreements of $500k+ in annual contract value.
• Understanding of public-sector procurement, RFP/RFI processes, and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on state agencies, cities, counties, and public safety organizations.
• Generate net-new pipeline and close strategic agreements, with $500k+ ACV targets.
• Engage senior government leaders (CIOs, CHROs, CFOs, etc.) in deals.
• Navigate complex government buying processes including RFPs and budgets.
• Develop compelling business cases, value assessments, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to drive opportunities through close.
