Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Manager to grow the Northeast Pennsylvania (Scranton/Wilkes Barre) market and meet regional sales targets. You will work with distributors and key collision centers, applying knowledge of body shop operations and PPG refinishes.

You will report to the Regional Sales Leader and travel up to 25% overnight, supporting paint systems and related materials for CPC finishes in your territory. Valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years proven track record in growing sales with consultative selling.
• Prior Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance, have access to a personal vehicle that meets program requirements, and pass an MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth and KPIs while controlling costs within targets.
• Develop understanding of end customer requirements and PPG strategy for the region.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items of PPG Refinish brands in the region through distribution.
• Manage distributor relationships including sales, training, and receivables.
• Know body shop/fleet operations and support profitability, cycle time, and analytics.
• Target and build relationships with key dealers, MSO, and collision centers.
