Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
• 5+ years proven sales growth and consultative selling.
• Automotive Refinish or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and PPG strategies.
• Sell paint systems and related items through distributors.
