Job summary

The HVAC Regional Training Manager for the Northeast region (NY, NJ, NH, PA) joins York Factory Direct, a division of BOSCH Home Comfort Group. You will develop and deliver sales, operational, and business training programs for store staff, managers, contractors, and dealers, with a focus on building sales capability and operational excellence.

This role requires extensive travel (65-75%) to on-site locations, experience in HVAC wholesale distribution, and proficiency with learning management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience in HVAC wholesale distribution.
• 3+ years operational experience in HVAC distribution/territory management.
• 3+ years experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sales and operational training to Territory Managers, contractors, dealers, and store personnel.
• Train on product features, advantages, and benefits for effective selling of HVAC equipment.
• Facilitate Kitchen Table Sales and B2B/B2C training methods for contractors.
• Provide counter sales training to increase lines per order.
• Deliver training and Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD) systems training.
• Adapt facilitation approach based on audience needs using adult learning principles.
• Manage training through Litmos LMS and ensure completion across all stores.
• Schedule, coordinate training sessions, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments and develop content updates.
• Travel extensively (65-75%) across the Northeast region for on-site training.
