Job summary

York Factory Direct, now part of Bosch Home Comfort Group, seeks an Account Manager to drive sales of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to contractors. You will expand our York Dealer network and accelerate business development, aiming for growth in sales, margin, and market share.

The role focuses on leveraging CRM tools and partner collaborations to meet ambitious targets while representing one of the most respected HVAC brands in the market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales/marketing experience.
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HVAC/R experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales, margin, and market share goals within the territory.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities with distributors/contractors.
• Plan, develop, negotiate and increase revenue, profitability, and market share; use Sales & CRM tools to drive strategy.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales programs and utilize market development funds.
• Use the distribution scorecard to set performance expectations and manage quarterly.
• Collaborate with internal resources to determine customer needs and develop support plans.
• Be the Voice of the Customer to drive channel sales and product strategies.
