Job summary

Bosch Homecomfort is looking for a driven HVAC sales professional to grow the residential and commercial HVAC equipment business. You will promote the Bosch portfolio through York Factory Direct, build strong dealer relationships, and recruit new York Dealers to expand market share.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of HVAC knowledge and 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting the sales team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers while expanding growth year-over-year.
• Promote the Bosch portfolio and York Factory Direct programs to HVAC contractors.
• Recruit new York Dealers and recruit customers into the York family to grow market share.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale to close deals.
• Coordinate with market leaders and a marketing manager for support and training.
• Assist customers in selecting York products that meet client needs.
