Job summary

Bosch is seeking a results-driven HVAC sales professional to represent the YORK/Hitachi portfolio in the Bogart/Athens, GA region. The role focuses on growing residential and commercial HVAC equipment sales to contractors and expanding the YORK dealer network.

You will collaborate with market leaders and a marketing manager to build relationships, grow share of wallet, and achieve sales targets while supporting training and product knowledge across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of HVAC account management experience.
• Ability to travel within Central Florida territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers while expanding growth year-over-year.
• Discuss YORK Factory Direct products and programs to gain more share of wallet.
• Advise customers to utilize all program features to grow their business.
• Prospect and recruit customers fitting the YORK partnership profile.
• Create marketing strategies to help customers grow.
• Receive support from market leaders and a marketing manager.
• Assist customers in selecting YORK products to meet client needs.
• Coach selling approaches and product specs and regulations.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
• Ensure participation in training classes offered locally and virtually.
• Utilize local service managers as a resource to improve field performance.
• Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
