Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Northeast region (NY, CT, MA, ME, and adjacent). You will partner with field sales to overcome coding and billing barriers, advancing patient access to Heartflow’s AI-driven tests.

This role requires deep reimbursement expertise and the ability to translate payer policy into actionable guidance. The position is remote/field-based with up to 30% travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coding and billing experience with governmental and commercial claims.
• Experience supporting large health system or hospital billing optimization.
• Experience working with commercial sales organizations and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed reimbursement expert within the commercial field team to enable sales success.
• Attend strategic calls to address coding, billing, and access concerns.
• Develop strategies with Field Sales to address barriers and improve access.
• Educate the team on payer developments and policy changes.
• Support customers across the full reimbursement cycle from pre-service to appeals.
