Mondo is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Northeast through proactive outbound prospecting and field visits. This field-based role targets new customers and expands sales of sign and graphics films in the automotive segment.

You will plan multi-state travel, manage a busy pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize coverage, response times, and revenue growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of field-based or territory sales experience.
• Experience managing multi-state territories with substantial field visits.
• Proficient in Salesforce with strong CRM hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Drive Northeast territory growth via outbound prospecting and field visits.
• Hold 20–25 meaningful customer conversations daily.
• Visit 5–10 accounts per day while traveling; prioritize large prospects.
• Use Salesforce and mapping tools to plan and document travel and visits.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Respond to missed communications within defined SLAs.
• Attend bi-weekly territory reviews to align on pipeline.
