Explore Industries in Millville, NJ is seeking a Sales Manager for the Northeast to lead dealer relationships and drive partner success across the eastern U.S. region.

You will act as a strategic coach and consultant, form joint business plans, train new reps, coordinate with service, logistics and support teams, and analyze performance to uncover growth opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business-related experience.
• Willingness to travel weekly, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships as the primary contact.
• Provide consultative joint business plans to dealers.
• Train and mentor new and early-career sales reps.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service, logistics, and internal teams.
• Analyze territory and dealer performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead in-person dealer meetings and product launches.
