Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Sales professional to grow our trade-partner network in the northeast region, including Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. You will promote products, build strong relationships, and gather market intelligence to drive profitable growth across assigned brands.

You will work with leadership to execute sales strategies, manage opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations to partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years professional B2B sales selling experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in account management and prioritizing opportunities.
CRM systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and ensure profitable growth of trade partner accounts.
Manage assigned brands and markets to exceed key metric goals and grow market share.
Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners for long-term growth.
Deliver training, marketing programs, and product expertise to trade partners.
Represent company at trade shows and events as needed.
Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Collaborate with leadership to drive profitability and market position.
Propose pricing strategies to drive growth.
