Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC is seeking a Sales professional to grow trade-partner relationships across the New England region, including Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. This role combines base salary with incentive pay and targets, delivering total compensation from 103,000 to 160,000 USD annually.

You will represent leading hearth products, manage accounts, and drive profitable growth through training, programs, and market insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in account management and prioritizing opportunities.
• CRM proficiency and office suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and ensure profitable growth of trade partner accounts.
• Manage assigned brands and markets to exceed key metric goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners for long-term growth.
• Execute on assigned activities to drive customer behaviors aligned with sales plans.
• Deliver training, marketing programs, and product expertise to trade partners.
• Represent at trade shows and events to drive growth.
• Develop understanding of market dynamics affecting the hearth business.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve market position.
