Job summary

Peabody is seeking an experienced Homeownership Area Manager for the North Counties region. The role leads a dispersed team of Community Managers, delivering high-quality housing management services to homeowners and residents across multiple communities.

You will drive operational performance, oversee budgets and service charges, and ensure compliance with leasehold legislation and regulatory standards. The position requires travel to communities and a proactive approach to service improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within housing or similar customer-focused environments.
• Strong housing management experience across homeownership, leasehold or related services.
• Financial acumen including budgets, service charges and reserve funds management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Community Managers to deliver outstanding housing management services.
• Drive performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure seamless service across homeownership management, leases and community engagement.
• Provide housing operations expertise guided by leasehold legislation and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, service charges and reserve funds effectively.
• Oversee property standards through inspections and safety compliance.
• Collaborate across Peabody to improve services and outcomes for customers.
